Residential Cleaning

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.
Residential Cleaning: $50 deposit (applied to your balance).
Business & Specialty Services: $100 deposit (applied to your balance).
Move-In/Move-Out, Event, and Construction Cleaning: 25% of the total service estimate upfront.
The remaining balance is due at the time of service.
Appointments are not reserved until a deposit is received.
