Yes. A small deposit is required to lock in your appointment. This keeps the schedule solid and cuts down on no-shows. The deposit goes toward your final cleaning bill.

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.

• Residential Cleaning: $50 deposit (applied to your balance).

• Business & Specialty Services: $100 deposit (applied to your balance).

• Move-In/Move-Out, Event, and Construction Cleaning: 25% of total service estimate upfront.

• Remaining balance is due at the time of service.

• Appointments are not reserved until a deposit is received.
